Information we collect
We collect the contact and project details you provide when requesting a quote or consultation — name, company, email, phone and site information. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
Information is used solely to scope, quote, schedule and deliver drone data collection services, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell or rent client information.
Project imagery and data
Imagery, point clouds and models captured on a client site are treated as confidential client property. Portfolio use of any project imagery is only made with client permission.
Data retention and security
Project datasets are retained in secured cloud storage for the term agreed in your proposal, then archived or deleted on request. Access is limited to assigned personnel.
